      Studio takes care of its employees. No crunch. Friendly atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Low salaries (half what I'm offered elsewhere). Titles do not match the reality of the job

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
