      not much, besides for those who enjoy being idle on FB, eventually.

      Inconvénients

      Yves, your local management in Barcelona is a cash sink. You may want, as I advised back then when I was still (very few time, thank duck) in this asylum, audit it, fire/relocate the worthy work force in other studios. Regarding your local management, you may want to lay them off right away, as they eat up your nice cashola with no return on it for you :) 2 rupies.

      Avantages

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
