      you get access to the Ubisoft Library whilst you're working there, lots of their free games.

      Inconvénients

      Literally everything else. Poor Salary. Poor prospects. Poor Benefits. No Respect. HR are awful beyond expectations of HR. Majority of people that have any motivation or ambition leave, before its stripped away from them.

      Avantages

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
