      Practically no friction Forgiving of mistakes Great people always willing to teach and learn

      Inconvénients

      Divide between game development and direction. Vision not always clear, and too much focus on graphics/animation too early. Which means you will end up working on fixing useless things instead of improving the game.

      Avantages

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
