      Executive Managment is more concerned with personal gains than company gains. Turnover is huge, disorganized departments, no communicate from the top so it ends up trickling down the ladder, No room to grow.

      The toxic culture is not worth risking your health! It’s a revolving door and you will see why if you accept any position in this h*ll hole! Clients often complain about going through so many different staff members. Phoenix doesn’t follow protocols. They will go as low as sabotaging you and HR will support them due to the long term friendships within the office be very careful working for these sheep in wools clothing. As a customer I would be worried about my policies. Some producers will say anything for the sale .
