      Facilities are great at main hq

      Inconvénients

      Used to be a Great Place to work. Not any longer. Overall Management is a joke and if you are not part of a particular managers 'click' you are not moving up. CEO and Upper Management no long care at all about the employees. They got themselves in such a mess with the Federal Auditors due to poor leadership its all about Layoffs and trying to save their butts at this point.

      Avantages

      Équilibre vie-travail, excellent programme d'avantages sociaux et collègues sympathiques. L'objectif de l'entreprise est de fournir le meilleur service à ses membres. Ainsi, ils traitent leurs employés de la meilleure façon possible pour les encourager à faire de même pour leurs membres.

      Inconvénients

      Support informatique lent, interactions limitées avec le secteur. Le secteur bancaire n'est pas aussi mature que celui de l'assurance.
