I recently saw some reviews abt this company which has given 5 stars for each category. It clearly indicates that it is fake and was put by the management itself. Even google employee doesn't give 5 star rating for all these categories. No employee can get satisfied in a company which insists you to work for 11 hrs a day, some time work in holidays without overtime benefits, least no of holidays (7 days a year) and least number of leaves (12 per year which won't be carry forwarded or encashed), This company won't allow you to take two leaves in one stretch. There is nothing like company policy or work morale. No PF, bonus, gratuity, insurance, food coupons, entertainment activities and no nothing other than work.. work.. work... This is a micro managed company with single owner. If he is dead, company is no more.. Your career is gone and you won't even get a work experience certificate. You won't get any loan when in this company as this is not listed with any banks and they don't entertain any verification calls from bank. You won't get your background verified when you move to a new company. (I'm a victim of that) And you will have to suffer a lot because of that. If you go for an interview there, just ask for company policies, hours you have to work, overtime policies, vacation details, holidays, pf, bonus, other allowances, on boarding process, confirmation letter or any appraisal letters which you may get from time to time,... and be clear with everything before you join. You won't get noting else other than salary and offer letter from this company... Of course, you will get enough pressure and scoldings.. If you see more than 8 employees there you go ahead and join. There are 5 people who are like permanent staff,, working there for years,, They won't leave the company as they won't get any other jobs of left. So they will adjust to any extent and post fake reviews as you may see here. And FYI there is no office in US and no one is working there. I was surprised to view a review posted from US. There is one good thing with this company..................who ever leaves here is getting a very career in future. They gets married.. becomes father.. gets a good work life balance... As you have exhausted all your bad times by working there.. Considering that, young chaps can try working there for one or two years and you will definitely get a better life after that.. Gud luck..
