Avantages
The biggest pro for me is that i can honestly say I love my job. The reasons why? US Inspect is a fun, rewarding, and exciting place to work. Since day one US Inspect has invested in me and enabled me to grow my career and to grow the company. To be frank, I started out as a slightly shy, hardworking yet tentative employee and I've been able to develop into a decision maker and contributor with the support of management and my peers. Another pro for me is that US Inspect is not your average home inspection company. It is a leading edge business that dominates the inspection market.
Inconvénients
I've spent 15 minutes trying to come up with a con but i have none. Coming up with a con is particularly difficult at this point in time since US Inspect is growing rapidly and they are not shy about rewarding employees who contribute to growth.
