      Avantages

      It is in Germany, that can not be beat. Travel opportunities abound. Campus is pleasant. Friendly local community.

      Inconvénients

      Not all of the personnel in management are qualified to hold their positions, but are getting "seasoned" for even higher positions. Can be annoying when responding to breaking events and one needs to provide extra background.

      Great location to enjoy living in and experiencing another culture. central location to multiple European countries less than 2 hours drive away.
