      Avantages

      Em geral e muito bom e cumpre tudo oque se espera de uma multinacional, -VR -VT -PLR Um ótimo lugar para se iniciar a carreira.

      Inconvénients

      A empresa no Brasil ainda está amadurecendo então as chances de você pegar e uma posição alta são bem pequenas, a empresa quer ser "jovem" mais continua com postura engessada, é nítida a falta de preparo da grande maioria dos líderes.

      Avantages

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      Inconvénients

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
