      Flexibility, since the processes are not well stablished, and opportunities of growth and improvement are big.

      Inconvénients

      Same leadership that build the DVA company, bought by UPL India doesn't give space to new.

      Avantages

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      Inconvénients

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      Avantages

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.

      Some days were really slow with no real involvement in activities
