Tough non-caring environment - Avis employé Good Place to Work If You Are Looking for Benefits, Stablility UC Riverside

Management in this particular department is non-efficient. Not much opportunity to advance (people who ask about moving up are are told to take another job somewhere else.) Nothing exciting is coming out of the unit -- it's always status quo with no out of the box ideas. Personally, I will never go back to work here.
