      Always open & encouraging to hear opinions/suggestions/ideas Great team that supports each other & as well great support from management Very Flexible with schedule & maintaining work/school/life balance

      Inconvénients

      No Grace period for being late (just communicate ahead of time & they're understanding) Low Compensation during peak season (Billing deadlines & ALL SUMMER) Sometimes limited hours so limited opportunites to earn funds Often upset parents or students who are frustrasted that aid is not arriving as quick as they believe it should

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
