Avantages
My supervisor was the most understanding boss I've ever had. Efficient and low key. He helped provide a low stress environment by really listening to the needs of the workers and helped by aiding us in getting those needs. This way, workers were never in the dark about how they're doing and how to improve.
Inconvénients
It's not the most organized place to work. Many people are given positions through connections and not by qualifications and experience.
