      Avantages

      Ability to work from home, no micromanagement, used to be a great culture but a lot of the good people left. President is a nice guy.

      Inconvénients

      Tiny pay increases if any, new leadership is out of touch and inexperienced, short staffed, no growth opportunities, not much training for those new to industry.

      Avantages

      I enjoy working with my team as well as collaborating with other departments.

      Inconvénients

      A bit more organization to the chaos. SOPs don’t always fit all teams all the time but some type of outline for the bare bones of accounts would be a good net to catch things that otherwise would have gotten lost.
