Where do I start? First of all, it's known around Chicago that the CEO David Stephenson paid interns / employees to up the Glassdoor rating and write fake reviews. That's the only reason why they have 3 stars. The environment is toxic masculinity at it's finest. As a young creative, you learn very little and see almost none of your work come to life. It's 3 men who have had very little agency experience come together on a power trip. Not to mention the work they produce is junk, I mean have you seen the Navy Pier billboards?
