      Avantages

      UK salary is good compared to cost of living. Engineering team is technically really strong. Team cohesion is excellent.

      Inconvénients

      UK management is poor. Acquisitions resulted in several layers of unnecessary management, no clear business direction and too much energy spent to develop products for undersized markets. Chronic inability to deliver on time resulting in recurring emergencies.
