Avantages
Occasionally receive free product, but only if you are permanent staff.
Inconvénients
No way of advancing in the company. Boring job, treated like school children, way too much negativity between staff from poor management skills by team leaders and supervisors. Casuals are not treated equally but are expected to be available all the time but they won't put any of them on permanently.
