Tightly run organization with a clear focus on future growth. Every day is a day to learn, grow, and achieve. Firm is very open about the expectations, and is very free to share plans for the future.
Inconvénients
At times, there is not enough hours in the day to get everything you want to accomplish done - but management supports day to day activities as a priority to achieve long term growth goals.
