Nothing! really nothing. I've read the reviews here in Glassdoor about when this company got rid of an entire ISR team in London and I prefered to give it a chance, not because I was idiot, but because I spoke to the HR about it and said how conscious I was about their shiny reputation. The HR stated they had some mistakes they've learnt from and now they have a new strategy with a brand new team, including new VP and RVPs. It wasn't 100% reassuring but I said, well, why not trying? Everyday I spent at this company, reminds me one of the bad reviews I read here. Trust Glassdoor reviews! that's the lesson I've got from this.

Leadership don't care about employees, as long as VPs are doing there jobs. You can even die, no one cares!
They got rid of the whole team of BDRs and ISRs, AGAIN, under Covid excuse!
Managers lie to employees and play them for fools!

One of the things that best characterizes Tufin, and it's evident from a lot of reviews here – is the connections people share here. Saying goodbye to someone you love is always painful, and especially painful when it comes to Tufin employees, even when it's the right thing to do. Our teams and our people are our most valuable assets, and we really really sort to hear about your experiences working for us in London. Best of luck down the road.
1. Competitive comp and benefits.
2. Flexible hybrid work-from-home and fully remote options - It is great to meet with local members of my team once a week to collaborate and socialize.
3. Best company and team culture I have ever experienced. - my teams are more like family and friends than coworkers.
4. Best talent in the industry - Both of my teams are very capable, flexible, and put the customer's needs first.
5. We are the only profitable company in the space and we are the market leader. - This is important to allow for merit increases, promotions, and growing the team with new staff.

1. A venture capital firm owns us, and we will be sold. It is not likely that my staff are at risk, but executives and middle management like myself will see changes once sold.
