      Avantages

      Great learning experience (as long as you are in management's good graces.)

      Inconvénients

      Some employees at Truex were fired (and most of them have stable recruiting careers). But some left because they found other opportunities or simply didn't want to be at Truex anymore. Unfortunately, instead of management being supportive of them, these people became the enemy, and were defamed to both current employees and clients. (which is illegal)

      You are absolutely right. Ex-employees who violate Trade Secrets laws or make defamatory or libelous statements become adversaries, or enemies as you call them. Law suits are not harassment they are the way that civilized people settle legal disputes. We will never hesitate to protect our reputation or our trade secrets through proper legal avenues. And the proof is that we were awarded a $50K judgement against you, which you haven't paid.

      Avantages

      Truex Metier is an incredible place to work. It offers employees the opportunity to build a real business and career.

      Inconvénients

      I don't think there are many cons, it's a less structured environment, so if you're a person that needs heavy structure, you might find that a bit more challenging.
