Trivett Automotive Retail is known for their supportive and inclusive front line staff and management, creating a positive work environment for their employees. However, it has been reported that the back of house team, particularly the Human Resource team, utilizes bullying tactics to remove individuals from the company whom they personally dislike. This behavior has caused distress among employees and has led to attempts to address the issue with corporate managers. Unfortunately, these attempts to address the issue only escalated the situation. It is concerning that a company known for its supportive culture would have such a toxic dynamic within its HR department. It is important for Trivett Automotive Retail to address and rectify this issue to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees. Bullying in any form should not be tolerated and it is the responsibility of the company to take action and create a positive work environment for all staff members.
