Avantages
1. Triplex is small enough that you can really make a difference if you work hard. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed by upper management. 2.Triplex, Inc. Provides great benefits for health insurance and it’s retirement options with 401k and ESOP.
Inconvénients
1. Lack of training for new hires. 2. Compensation: I dont think it is as competitive as other companies within the same market. 3. Some of Triplex,inc systems and business mindsets can be stuck in the past, but new management is working toward and making improvements to integrate more technology and automate more operational functions.
