Avantages

Company is clearly investing a lot of money on Pune development center. - Training on scrum is from a renowned international scrum coach. - senior management from US who never visited Pune or spent time with us, are now visiting every few months, sitting next to us (not in cabins), and interacting directly with us (as compared to earlier, when they used to just talk to our manager only). I am learning a lot. - moving to industry standard automation tools and best practices 2. Infrastructure is improving. No more cubicles and more open spaces. 3. Flat reporting structure (very few mid level managers) 4. There are many social events (holi, diwali, annual day, etc) for everyone to enjoy. 5. To me, this is one of the best product companies in Pune to work for. Good salary, good technology and a challenging financial domain. This place now is not for people who are just looking for an IT job where you will get promoted by number of years of experience. You will like it only and only if you are passionate about programming and are self motivated to learn and contribute.
Inconvénients
Company is not creating a brand in Pune, and that's why even with such good work, we only hear negative things on these sites.
