      Some people care about doing a good job. Able to benefit from poor job market.

      Inconvénients

      Don’t treat people as well as they try to have us believe. Inconsistent management. Unrealistic expectations on some, others continue to coast. Skewed to delivery versus helping people develop. Poor on diversity.
