Avantages
The place has a good work environment, a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere. Work-life balance is good and they are flexible in designing a career path that fits you best. It is possible to make shifts between departments even after a few years.
Inconvénients
It is a relatively small company which, I think, is not suitable for everyone.
