      Avantages

      I have worked here 4 years. It is a very busy job, can be stressful at times. But I have learned alot while here. Best part is I get to work remotely from home.

      Inconvénients

      Communication is lacking here. Getting answers to your questions is difficult. Not getting the backup from supervisor.

      Avantages

      Amazing people, culture, and team. Pay and benefits are just as great. 10/10 workforce with kind and fair coworkers and bosses. Get paid for talking to people if you're good with knocking on doors.

      Inconvénients

      If you're an introvert, you're going to struggle with the 'meeting new people' aspect.

      Avantages

      Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.

      Inconvénients

      Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.
