Avantages

Great coworkers, follow safety regulations well, field work is enjoyable.

Inconvénients

Installer/Roofer and electrician pay is significantly lower than most solar companies. There are absolutely no incentives or bonus structure to push or outperform. Most suggestions to management fall on deaf ears, suggestions that would benefit the company and work atmosphere overall. There are many morning work meetings held where management tells us our shortcomings and that essentially we are replaceable. They tell us how good we have it here, and that the grass is not greener on the other side. Nonetheless, many of us are beginning to look for work opportunities elsewhere.

Amazing people, culture, and team. Pay and benefits are just as great. 10/10 workforce with kind and fair coworkers and bosses. Get paid for talking to people if you're good with knocking on doors.

Inconvénients

If you're an introvert, you're going to struggle with the 'meeting new people' aspect.

Avantages

Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.

Inconvénients

Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.
