      Avantages

      The company is great! I love that it is a family owned business and not the corporate life. Their GPM (God, People, Money) motto is followed religiously. The owners are fantastic, wonderful people. They are flexible if you have family issues or something like that, they will work with you on your time and really care for you as a human being! They believe in the product (saving the environment and customer's money) and want the best for their customers. They do what is right for the customer. If they falter, they fix it. Not every company is perfect but Trinity really tries. Benefits are great; insurance, 401K matching, etc.

      Inconvénients

      The pay could be better for most employees. There could be more organizational structure across operations.

      Avantages

      Amazing people, culture, and team. Pay and benefits are just as great. 10/10 workforce with kind and fair coworkers and bosses. Get paid for talking to people if you're good with knocking on doors.

      Inconvénients

      If you're an introvert, you're going to struggle with the 'meeting new people' aspect.

      Avantages

      Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.

      Inconvénients

      Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.
