      Because the company is small, recourses are not always quick to work, but with patience you do get what you need.

      Instability with some assets being sold. Pay could be better.

      Avantages

      Professional and efficient people... most of the time. Good intro in to management and working with properties, although, I wouldn't stay long.

      Inconvénients

      I felt like compensation wasn't adequate. Easy to get promoted, but hard to get your pay raised.
