      Avantages

      It used to be great. It has declined over the years as the culture changed. Lots of opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Quite a few bad managers, one In particular was openly hostile and harassing to me. Little to no training - just watching over someones shoulder as they did it.

      Avantages

      This is going to sound like I'm being sarcastic, but the bar is so low that you could almost do nothing and they wouldn't notice.

      Inconvénients

      You will be using tools that are so dated that you feel like you're working in the 2000s still. Efficiency is not a priority for this company. If you like doing mundane work this is a great place. Leadership rewards sycophants. If you like to be a brown noser and highlight wins that really don't mean anything, this is the company for you.
