      Benefits and knowing you are trying to help people get better.

      Inconvénients

      Arrogant physicians who treat others in a condescending manner, belittle them and then wonder why people don't comply. Ignorant and out of touch management who preach one thing and do another. This is not a healthy or supportive environment for anyone. Work anywhere else but here. They lie and hide behind their care for people!
