      Avantages

      Physicians are great. Some co-workers actually care about their patients. Good place for new nurses to start..you'll learn a lot.

      Inconvénients

      I have been nursing for twenty five years and have never witnessed the amount of backstabbing and bullying as I did while working here. They have a union, but it's useless. There is no self scheduling, and schedules are very rigid. Management invisible.

      Avantages

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Inconvénients

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
