      The pay is absolutely horrible, particularly in comparison to other healthcare organizations nearby, The medical benefits are very expensive, Seniority means nothing to this company.

      This is going to sound like I'm being sarcastic, but the bar is so low that you could almost do nothing and they wouldn't notice.

      Inconvénients

      You will be using tools that are so dated that you feel like you're working in the 2000s still. Efficiency is not a priority for this company. If you like doing mundane work this is a great place. Leadership rewards sycophants. If you like to be a brown noser and highlight wins that really don't mean anything, this is the company for you.
