      Avantages

      Nice internal structures (easy to follow management chains). Easy to see who are the hiring managers in internal job postings. Great mentoring system if you qualify.

      Inconvénients

      No discipline to managers (not being held accountable); they'd rather watch good employees walk away. Salary lower than other places in the area. Discouraging internal growth.

      Avantages

      This is going to sound like I'm being sarcastic, but the bar is so low that you could almost do nothing and they wouldn't notice.

      Inconvénients

      You will be using tools that are so dated that you feel like you're working in the 2000s still. Efficiency is not a priority for this company. If you like doing mundane work this is a great place. Leadership rewards sycophants. If you like to be a brown noser and highlight wins that really don't mean anything, this is the company for you.
