      Avantages

      Great coworkers, and I think some of leadership is trying to make a difference in healthcare. I liked the transparency.

      Inconvénients

      If you step away from your computer for ten minutes to use the bathroom, your manager will message you on teams asking why it's been ten minutes since your last account action. The micromanagement is horrendously oppressive.

      This is going to sound like I'm being sarcastic, but the bar is so low that you could almost do nothing and they wouldn't notice.

      Inconvénients

      You will be using tools that are so dated that you feel like you're working in the 2000s still. Efficiency is not a priority for this company. If you like doing mundane work this is a great place. Leadership rewards sycophants. If you like to be a brown noser and highlight wins that really don't mean anything, this is the company for you.
