Avantages
I felt like I had genuine responsibility with the projects I was tasked with doing - and as a result the satisfaction I got when I finished was great. Not only did I feel like I made a difference, I was also required to work with a mix of departments so I gained a good knowledge of the full "product cycle" when I left, which is a very hard thing to find in larger companies these days.
The whole Trig team are incredibly approachable and helpful so I never felt lost (even on the first day), and even after finishing I could call them friends instead of "colleagues" now.
It's a company that is growing very quickly so the pace of the work is fast and therefore never has a dull moment - I can't wait to apply to work there when I graduate in a few years.
Inconvénients
The only "Con" I could name would be a lack of full product awareness. This is due to the fact that the pace of the work is so fast that simple things like a brief history of their products (and future ones) can be missed. However, the staff are so friendly that I didn't feel intimidated to ask anything that I was unsure of.
