      Work from home, flexibility in working hours

      Inconvénients

      The culture is toxic. They do not care about the quality of work only the quantity, seniors have unrealistic expectations and set unrealistic goals. HQ does not recognize your effort that you put in only the shortcomings. Very low pay for the amount of work you have to do, to be honest, this company is taking advantage of overseas workers from third world countries by overworking staff while giving them low pay. They give no health benefits whatsoever, no contribution to retirement fund, nothing. The contract is ridiculous. TAKE YOUR EFFORT SOMEWHERE ELSE

      Easy job Relatively good payment

      Inconvénients

      Lack of tools. There are no resources available to perform the sales role effectively, such as a CRM system, databases, proper lead qualification or any structured, strategic approach to acquiring new customers. Furthermore, management is unable to handle product feedback due to the numerous bugs and issues with the information provided by Tridge Eye, the core product. In short, management is asking for sales without providing the basic tools. Also, be prepared for payments to be delayed by many months, for HR to send apologetic emails, and for you to be asked to work for free.
