      Avantages

      Mgmt encourages classes, etc. to keep up technical skills. Lots of opportunity to try new approaches, tool sets, etc. Good bonuses. No micromanaging.

      Inconvénients

      Mgmt need to give more performance feedback (both positive and negative). No clear advancement track or salary increase structure. Mgmt sometimes plays favorites.

      Avantages

      Kitchen full of free snacks and sodas, casual work environment, great people to work with. Great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      There are chances of advancement, but I think it depends on how you get along with upper management; At times work was very slow and had to find ways of keeping myself busy.
