A company with little or no strategy - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) TriVium Systems

Time off, pretty much anytime. I received a new computer when I started. Great co-workers who made the job bearable. Company updated marketing materials.

Bonus structure was largely unattainable and was constantly moved in line with company goals not employee goals. All the good employees started leaving and this left a skeleton crew. No real sense of corporate culture. Long time customers had to wait for software upgrades and many were upset which hurt future opportunities.

I am still stuck with this company as i have many reasons to be here. Even if the employee strength is less, employees working here are very friendly and help each other in office and even outside. It not only work but they also have many fun activities where all the employees come together and celebrate. Events helps the employees to strengthen their relationship with each other. Everyday is a new learning and you feel like you have contributed in some or the other way. I would recommend TriVium as a good place to grow in career and if anyone wants to make a difference then they can join this company.
