Great company culture, flexible schedule, good benefits.
Inconvénients
It's a small business so you are required to be a problem solver and a generalist which I don't think are bad things but it's something to note prior to accepting an offer.
Super flexible, family oriented and welcoming. They don't let you feel alien when entering the room. They check on you and your family and remember their names. It means a lot to be known! They compensate well and are flexible due to being a small company
Inconvénients
Your job depends on the contracts that are available. If the customer no longer needs you, it can be hard to be retained. Still a small/new company and working on benefits for new parents but they will get it straight I am confident!
