Fun Activities with snacks at last week saturday once in a month. Birthday celebration with cake and snacks. Good place to start work for fresher. Training sessions for everyone and also for some of people.
Inconvénients
No flexible working time. Management is not good from boss. No good hike in salaries. No work-life balance. No well growth and opportunity. If you are not performing as their high expectations, be ready to be fired. Be ready for high stress and work load if you got a goodest hike in salary. There are two boss in the company, one is good and second one is not good as compare to first one. I think he should learn more things in his life as a CEO to handle the organization. Personal relations should not have the place in organization. Take the decision as a CEO, not as a personally.
