      Avantages

      Opportunities abound if you apply yourself. The owners, the Massry family, are amazing people that give back to community in more ways than anyone realizes, yet remain incredibly humble. The pay is ok. The benefits are ok. Very high standards of upkeep for the sites.

      Inconvénients

      Minimal support from senior management at times. A bit stingy with vacation... third week at ten years. No consistency in standards from property to property.

      Avantages

      Communication is outstanding. Really set their employees up to succeed. Transparent with goals and outline how to achieve those goals. Flexible and understand that family always comes first. Managers are very knowledgeable as well as accessible, while also giving the employees the confidence to do their job without being under a microscope.

      Inconvénients

      None- literally the best company that I have ever worked for.
