Avantages
Everything. - The team is inclusive, fun, and friendly. - Management is incredibly supportive of your career aspirations. - Management puts a large amount of effort into maintaining the same great culture that was established in the earlier days of the business. - You are given real responsibility. - Ideas are encouraged and listened to from all members of the team. - The business is growing rapidly, and you get to help shape it. There's also the opportunity to be a shareholder and profit from its success. - The work-life balance is good and flexible. I am rarely expected to work outside of normal business hours. - The pay is very fair, and there is a good bonus scheme, along with a pretty comprehensive new benefits package. The list goes on. Fundamentally, it's the product of a leadership team that genuinely cares about the team and our collaborative success.
Inconvénients
Genuinely, there isn't much to complain about. Sometimes, there are teething pains that come with the growth of the business, but that's to be expected and can even be part of the fun. You get to see and do so much more as the company evolves.
