      Avantages

      Nothing except the Process and incentive structure.

      Inconvénients

      Salary they offer is too less for today’s market. Management does a lot of politics. HR department is such a waste there. Transport management is poor. You can see half of the city during travelling in case you stay far away from the office. All I can see is company making a good profit by using committed employees.

      None, worst job ever. Only thing nice was fellow workers.

      Inconvénients

      Bad management CEO completely useless Terrible salary with no increases ever No overtime allowed No salary or promotion incentives but expect you to be the best Criticize everything Change rules weekly and go back on what they said before
