      You will meet some incredible people at this place when you 1st start.

      Inconvénients

      They change how things are to operate mid-way and expect you to confirm. Extremely micro-managed. This is a very difficult job to book meetings for. No Diversity within upper management. They say you are salary but, time you coming and going. Excessive meetings. Overabundance of emails, and drill Sargent mentality.

      great industry, decent benefits, do your research

      Inconvénients

      This is what you would consider a good old boy place. This was a revolving door. I must have seen 40 people be let go inside of a few months. No diversity and the leaders in place are are no afraid of treating you different and grade you much harder if you are of color or a women. No direction, there are so many other choices to work in this industry. Look at UPS, Fedex, DHL, Worldwide Express instead. Don't waste your time here. Ask them about how many people were laid off over the last three years and then ask them why. This should provide you a clear picture of what you are considering.
