Avantages
Right from the offset I was made to feel part of the team, it didn’t feel like I had to ‘prove myself’ as worthy of being there. Being a relatively small company everyone has direct access to the execs and suggestions are generally given all due consideration. Free coffee and weekly French lessons are a nice added extra, along with the occasional company paid lunch or dinner. Pension contribution scheme is also very helpful with up to 5% company math.
Inconvénients
Whilst above benefits are nice, the one that would really help would be health insurance. Company recently relocated to new office which is very open, noise from other departments can make it very hard to concentrate at times although this is something that’s in the works of being resolved.
