Very poor merit increases - lowest of my 30 year career by 2-3% annually. Average healthcare benefits. Poor 401k matching and investment options. Depending on department, work/life balance is non-existent. Upper management that doesn’t really listen to employees. They put on a front that they do, but in reality, do not. An HR kingdom that has WAY too much power, and only serves the interests of the executives and their own department. They do nothing to actually help employees, including hiring managers.
