- First, read the offer letter properly before joining the company. It's 2 years bond and 3 months' notice. The probation period is not included while calculating 2 years. You can pay and come out of the company but it's not basic pay, it's your entire 3 months salary. - CEO interferes in everything, most of the time he de-motivates the employees. - Senior employees show attitude. - Strict office hours, If one comes half an hour late, half-day salary cut. - Strict dress code. - Saturday is a working day. - They give lot of trouble when one leaves the company. Irrespective of how well you contributed to the company. - No moral ethics. - No proper leave policy.
