      Avantages

      Acredito que a empresa tem um bom potencial por ser uma multinacional com soluções usadas em todo o mundo.

      Inconvénients

      Existe uma cultura bastante arcaica e burocrática na empresa, que é bastante hierarquizada. Todo o papo de “bem estar” fica apenas no papo mesmo, pois não há emenda de feriados, está havendo uma grande pressão para acabar com o home office (lembrem-se que essa é uma empresa de TECNOLOGIA/DADOS) e os verdadeiros benefícios (ou seja, os financeiros) são bem fracos. Além disso, me parece que a evolução de carreira na empresa é engessada.

      I wrote this review based on facts, not emotion. As others have mentioned, this company is morally bankrupt, unethical and is cruel when it comes to layoffs and firings even if skillsets are current. The organization has weaponized the PIP process to "manage" people out of the organization due to management and technology changes, and their HR and legal team will ensure no severance will be paid upon dismissal. This is a maximum two year and done gig if lucky.
